Shine Energy proudly trains and educates our workforce in the design, approvals, construction, operation and maintenance processes of any projects.This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Site design
  • Geo testing
  • Drilling
  • Electrical installation
  • Assembling the compoentry
  • Development approval process
  • Cultural engagement
  • Electrical apprenticeships
  • Civil works
  • Work health and safety induction; and 
  • White card induction

Shine Energy invests time and energy into creating a skilled and productive workforce through onsite training and education.
